According to Aemet's predictions, the calima will return to some of the Canary Islands this afternoon, after only a few days of absence, which have also brought precipitations to various areas of the archipelago, either in the form of rain or snow.

Today in Lanzarote and Fuerteventura the day will start with a slightly cloudy sky, while in the rest of the islands the rain will continue, being strong during the morning in La Palma, El Hierro and La Gomera, and locally in the northeast of Tenerife.

Above 2000 meters it could still snow today.

Calima will make itself present in Lanzarote and Fuerteventura, affecting the central islands to a lesser extent in the afternoon.

Temperatures with not be affected, while the wind will be moderate, with a northeast component in general and an eastern component in Lanzarote and Fuerteventura.
