covid report canary islands twice weekly

The Ministry of Health of the Government of the Canary Islands has announced that the Covid reports regarding new infections will only be published twice a week, starting from yesterday, March 15th.

This change was made to be in accord with the protocol agreed in the Interterritorial Council of the National System of Health, so new cases will be announced two times per week from now on, on Tuesdays and Fridays.

This means that from now on the main parameters related to the Covid-19 cases in the archipelago, like accumulated case data, active cases, medical discharges, deaths, hospitalizations and ICU admissions, diagnostic tests performed and cumulative incidence at 7 and 14 days, will be announced only on Tuesdays and Fridays from now on.

Our Covid-19 report for the Canary Islands will also be updated on these days from now on.
