Starting from Tuesday, May 3rd, temperatures are expected to drop in the Canary Islands, with weak rain expected in some parts of the archipelago, accompanied by cloudy skies and in some areas by strong gusts of wind.

Cloudy skies will be predominant on Tuesday in Lanzarote, Fuerteventura and the north of the rest of the islands.
Occasional light rains could occur in the north of the mountainous islands and in Lanzarote, more likely in the morning and evening.
Temperatures will be decreasing, with more significant drops in the maximum temperatures during the day registered in the south and west parts of the islands.
Low probability of punctually very strong gusts in the mountainous islands, especially in La Gomera in the early hours of the day.

In Lanzarote, Fuerteventura and the north of the rest of the islands cloudy skies will be predominant.
Low probability of occasional light rains to the north of Lanzarote and the mountainous islands, especially in the midlands during the first half of the day. Temperatures with few changes or in slight decrease.
Low probability of occasional very strong wind gusts on the northwest and southeast slopes of Gran Canaria.
