According to AEMET, the northeast of the archipelago will see overcast skies, while the northern areas will experience intervals of cloudiness, with clearer periods during midday. There is also a chance of light, occasional rain by nightfall.
In the rest of the region, skies will remain mostly clear, with isolated clouds appearing in some inland areas during the afternoon.
Temperatures are not expected to change significantly, with highs reaching 22°C in Tenerife and lows dropping to 11°C in El Hierro.
Moderate northeast winds will prevail, with strong gusts in the southeast and western slopes during the early hours. In the mountainous regions, winds will remain light.
In Gran Canaria, cloudy skies will dominate the northeast during the morning and evening, clearing up for the rest of the day. Light, occasional rain is possible at night. Other areas of the island will see mostly clear skies.
Lanzarote and Fuerteventura will experience predominantly clear skies, with some morning cloud cover.
Temperatures in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria will remain stable, ranging between 21°C and 17°C.
Moderate northeast winds will persist, with stronger gusts in the western and southeastern extremes of the islands, while the wind will stay light in elevated areas.
