Cotilleando 2023 - Festival in El Cotillo, Fuerteventura

The Cotilleando Festival is a cultural and artistic event, where different disciplines such as Circus, Dance, Theater, Crafts and Music are mixed in various forms in the old town of the lovely village of El Cotillo.

The Festival was born in 2016 and already has more than 100 different artists in its past editions, (both local and international) from all over the world: musicians, jugglers, acrobats, artisans, actors , painters, dancers ... even residents of the town who have collaborated by acting and making their means available - houses, boats, experiences - so that the festival was a success and continued to maintain the cultural soul of El Cotillo.

The Councilor for Culture of the La Oliva City Council, David Hernández, highlighted: "The Cotilleando Festival, which will be held on October 7 and 8 in El Cotillo, will be a cultural and artistic event that will unite various disciplines such as clowning, theater, dance, music and more. It will take place in the old coastal town of El Cotillo, with tours through its streets and wonderful sunsets as a unique setting. For two days, we will enjoy shows in the public square, the Muellito Chico, and the Children's Park, as well as juggling and Afrojazz workshops, including the participation of national and international artists."

In 2023, the festival Cotilleando will last 2 days: from Saturday, October 7 until Sunday, October 8 and there will be circus, acrobatic shows, musical shows, craft shows, dance and hip hop, clown acrobatics, and also new locations to surprise the public.

Saturday, October 7 - Old Town

Starting at 7:00 p.m., the corners of the old town of El Cotillo will be filled with magic and excitement with a series of shows and performances that include circus, dance, music and theater. An artistic feast to the delight of all present.

Sunday, October 8 - Public Square

5:00 p.m. Workshops
19:00. Final show 

On Sunday, the Public Square will become the epicenter of creativity and learning, with workshops starting at 5:00 p.m., followed by a final show at 7:00 p.m. that promises to dazzle viewers with their originality and talent.
