A big fiesta is announced for this weekend in Costa de Antigua, Fuerteventura, between July 22 and 24, in celebration of Santiago Apostol, with batucadas, children's parties, musical performances, flamenco shows, fireworks and a foam party.
Costa de Antigua celebrates its Fiestas in Honor of Santiago Apóstol this weekend from Friday, July 22 to Sunday, July 24, organized by the City Council of Antigua.
The acts, concerts and shows are organized at the proposal of the residents of Costa de Antigua, and they will feature activities like shows of flamenco, Celtic music, folk or versions of the 80s and 90s, as well as DJs and surprises every day for the little ones, says the Councilor for Fiestas, Jonathan Peña.
On Friday the 22nd, the Batucada will start the festivities in honor of Santiago Apóstol, going through the streets of Costa de Antigua from 5 p.m., announcing the performances of Sergio Jiménez and his flamenco pop, Yuryina, Kevin Archer, Speekafeeks and Dj Hafder from early morning.
During the mornings the activities will be dedicated to kids, with a party on Saturday, July 23 from 10:30 a.m. with entertainment provided by the Jiribilla animation group with Inflatables and workshops and on Sunday at 1:30 p.m. the refreshing foam party and the popular DJ Klandestina will provide a day of fun for all participants.
