Fiestas del Carmen in Valle Gran Rey 2022 - La Gomera
This month Valle Gran Rey in La Gomera will join the celebrations for Fiestas del Carmen with a maritime procession, as well as musical acts with different bands and groups.

The events included in the program will take place on July 16 and 17 in the Puerto de Vueltas area
The Valle Gran Rey City Council has presented the program for the events celebrated in the municipality this Saturday, July 16, and Sunday, July 17.
Thus, the scheduled programming will begin on Saturday, July 16, at 5:00 p.m. with the traditional maritime procession. Upon arrival, the Eucharist will be celebrated and, later, the land procession through the usual places, accompanied by chacaras and drums.
At 9:00 p.m., it will be the turn of Ricardo Jiménez's performance, followed, from 11:00 p.m., by the great festival with the orchestras Sensación Gomera and The Boys Machine.
At 11:30 p.m., there will be a fireworks display.
On Sunday, July 17, the day will begin at 11:00 am with the celebration of a Children's Party. Then, starting at 2:00 p.m. participants will be able to enjoy the tasting of the traditional marmitaco and, starting at 4:00 p.m., the musical performance by Ricardo Jiménez.
At 7:30 p.m., the Eucharist and offering of the Laurel Wreath will be held in honor of all the sailors who have lost their lives at sea. Later, at 9:30 p.m., the End of the Festivities Dance will be held, with music performed by the Grupo Caribe and K-Lima.
