The heat continues in the Canary Islands, with maximum temps reaching 34ºC
Large parts of the Canary Islands archipelago will be under a warning due to high temperatures this Monday, except for the northern areas of Tenerife and Gran Canaria, and the summits and east of La Palma.
According to Aemet, very strong gusts of wind are also expected in areas exposed to trade winds; in Gran Canaria and La Gomera the wind could reach 80 km/h in some places.

The heat will continue in the Canary Islands, where some intervals of medium and high clouds are also expected, while temperatures will probably still reach 32 - 34 ºC in large areas of the archipelago, especially in inland areas facing south.
Moderate to strong northeast wind, more intense during the first hours of the morning and during the second half of the day, with light calima in the air at high altitudes.
