The largest shopping center in Fuerteventura will be built in Corralejo

Seniorbel, the Belgian developer Seniorbel based in Tenerife for over a decade, will allocate 20 million for the development of a macro commercial complex, which will be one of the largest and most luxurious in Fuerteventura, according to an announcement published today in the Spanish newspaper La Provincia.

The construction will have an area of ​​23,000m2.

Global Park Fuerteventura is located on the last commercial plot owned by the company IMMO LEDUC SL, in C/ La Pardela, municipality of Oliva (La), about 25 km from Puerto del Rosario, in the north of the island. The park is located in a privileged commercial location, very close to the Lidl and Mercadona supermarket chains built a year ago, in a highly dynamic area, while the Bahía Azul holiday villa complex with a large influx of tourists will sit right across the new shopping center.

In terms of accessibility, the park will have 375 parking spaces that will facilitate access to visitors.

The new shopping center in Corralejo has been designed by the architect Sebastián Estrella Malatesta and it will be Seniorbel's first development in Fuerteventura.
