After years of waiting, the demolition of Las Agujas complex, located at the entrance to Corralejo, will now be a reality.
The City Council of La Oliva has approved in an extraordinary session the regulations that will allow the demolition of the current buildings of Las Agujas, freeing up land near the coastline and allowing actions that will recover a degraded space, since the current state of the buildings has a great visual impact.
The approved modification has all the mandatory reports, highlighting the approval in environmental aspects. The mayor of La Oliva, Pilar González, expressed her satisfaction since this action "will help improve the image of the entrance to Corralejo".
