Playa Las Vistas - Best Beach in Los Cristianos, Tenerife

The town of Los Cristianos welcomes visitors with a total of three beaches: Los Cristianos Beach, protected by the nearby harbor; Las Vistas Beach, the most popular and beautiful beach of all three and a secluded small beach with black volcanic sand, which is considered nudist-friendly.

Playa Las Vistas Beach was declared a Blue Flag beach, a distinction awarded for its nice fine sand and beautiful natural setting. Although this is a man-made town beach, crowded during the summer months, the place maintains its charm and Spanish atmosphere, which makes it so popular among both locals and tourists. It stretches to almost 1 km long and 120 m wide.

A long oceanfront promenade makes the connection between the beaches in Playa de las Americas, Playa Las Vistas and Los Cristianos Beach. Visitors can stroll around the promenade and visit the nearby resort of Las Americas, without using a car or public bus.

Las Vistas Beach is literally surrounded by plenty of restaurants and bars, has easy access to some of the best hotels in Los Cristianos and is also wheelchair friendly.

All types of amenities are readily available on site: sunbeds, parasols, shops, beach showers, public toilets. Volleyball and beach-ball are also popular activities on the beach if you are looking for more action during the day.

The water at Las Vistas Beach is ideal and safe for swimming, recommended to families with small children. There are lifeguards on-site and also wave-breakers which help in keeping the water calm, with almost no waves reaching the shore.

In terms of water sports at Las Vistas beach, you can choose between parasailing, jet ski rentals and banana boat rides.

Playa Las Vistas is proud to announce that it offers people with reduced mobility a new type of service, consisting in a safe sea accompaniment service. The schedule is from 11:00 to 17:00 on a daily basis in January, February, March, April, May, June, October, November and December and from 11:00  to 19:00, daily, in the months of July, August and September. This service is free of charge. Parking at this beach is often difficult since it's so popular and crowded, mostly during the summer months.
