Spanish health form scrapped for people who have EU or EU equivalent certificates
Visitors no longer need to complete the health form when going to Spain if they have an EU certificate, or an EU equivalent certificate, from one of the countries that issue them (see the full list below).
This means that if you are coming from the EU or a country that issues equivalent certificates, you will no longer have to fill in the Spth form, but the entry rules stay the same.
People in transit and children under the age of 12 do not have to show DCC or SPTH QR. You will have to show the DCC prior to boarding and when passing the health controls, please follow the indications that you will see upon arrival at the airport.
Non-EU countries (and territories) that have joined the EU Digital COVID Certificate system

UK is also on the list, so this means that if you have a valid UK certificate you are not required to complete the Spth health form anymore.
People who are traveling to Spain from countries that don't issue certificates that are equivalent to those in the EU are still required to complete the Spth form.
This rule is also valid for the Canary Islands archipelago since it is part of Spain.
