Teide National Park in Tenerife woke up this morning covered in a fine layer of snow, with Mt Teide looking impressive in its white mantle.
The Cabildo de Tenerife, through the Mobility and Roads department, has closed all accesses to Teide to traffic this Monday due to the presence of snow and ice on the road.
Specifically, the accesses to Teide have been closed from La Orotava (TF-21) and through Chío, at Boca Tauce height, (TF-38), as reported by Cabildo de Tenerife on Twitter. The access road through La Esperanza (TF-24) has also been closed.
