Two 18-year-olds injured after falling off a motorcycle in Los Cristianos, Tenerife

Two 18-year-old teenagers were injured in a motorcycle accident on September 14, 2024, in Los Cristianos, located in the municipality of Arona, Tenerife.

The accident occurred at around 2:23 PM on Avenida Juan Carlos I, when both individuals, of Italian origin, fell from the motorcycle they were riding.

The Canary Islands Emergency Service (SUC) responded to the scene immediately. The driver sustained multiple moderate injuries and was transported to the Hospital del Sur by a basic life support ambulance. The passenger, who suffered a moderate injury to his upper limb, was also taken to the same hospital for further treatment.

Firefighters from the Tenerife Consortium were the first to provide assistance as they encountered the accident on their way back from another service. SUC medical personnel then took over and transported the injured teenagers to the hospital.
