Two young men injured after falling 15 metres from a quad bike in Tenerife

Two 21-year-old Italian nationals were moderately injured in a quad bike accident, falling from a 15-meter drop at Monte de Cho Pancho in the municipality of Vilaflor, Tenerife. This information was reported by the Emergency and Security Coordination Center of the Canary Islands (112).

The incident occurred on Tuesday afternoon at Monte de Cho Pancho, heading towards El Frontón, within Vilaflor. Firefighters from the Tenerife Consortium were dispatched to the scene, where they located and rescued the injured individuals.

Following the rescue, personnel from the Canary Emergency Service (SUC) provided medical assistance. One of the young men sustained multiple moderate contusions, while the other suffered a moderate lower limb trauma. Both were subsequently transported by ambulance to the Hospiten Sur University Hospital.

Local police officers were also present at the scene, where they conducted the necessary investigations.
