Costa de Antigua events this weekend: Fiesta in honor of Santiago Apostol 2023
Costa de Antigua Festivities in honor of Santiago Apóstol will begin on July 21st.
- This weekend, from Friday the 21st to Sunday the 23rd of July, batucadas in the streets, musical performances, fireworks on Saturday at midnight and a Children's Party on Sunday morning.
- On Saturday at 9:00 pm, Tribute to the Queen Band by the group The Miracle.
Costa de Antigua celebrates this weekend its Festivities in Honor of Santiago Apóstol, beginning this Friday afternoon with the Batucada Sambukka touring the streets until 9:00 p.m. to give way to performances by the group Crossfire and DJ Clandestina and the majoreros, Taknara.
The Fiestas de Costa de Antigua organized by the Antigua City Council from the Department of Festejos, together with the Costa de Antigua Neighborhood Association, will continue on Saturday, with rhythms of batucada, then enjoying the Tribute to Queen Band by the group The Miracle, closing the night with DJ Valdivia, explains the area councilor, Agustín D. Rodríguez.
Kids will be able to enjoy the Great Children's Party on Sunday from 11:00 a.m., adds Rodríguez, with inflatable castles, fun workshops, face painting, balloon twisting and a foam party for the whole family.
