4-star Arena Castillo Hotel to take place of La Luna Apartments in Caleta de Fuste, Fuerteventura
The II Tourist Modernization Plan of Caleta de Fuste, which was approved two years ago, allows the gradual and constant modernization of the tourist services offered in town, improving quantitatively and qualitatively as well the services offered to visitors.
In this sense, an agreement was reached, so the City Council of Antigua approved the transformation of the La Luna Apartments complex, with an investment of 4.8 million euros into a 4-star Arena Castillo Hotel.
This Agreement adds to the progressive requalification and modernization of Caleta de Fuste, points out the Councilor for Urban Planning, David Alberto Guerra, in the tourist standards required to confirm the town as a top quality international destination, and the councilor adds, improving the accommodation offer, expanding the leisure and restaurant areas for the benefit of all residents of the town, the Municipality and the island.
The investment of close to five million euros made by the Arena SL Tourist Group will involve a reform that includes demolition and construction of new areas, complete renovation of the ground floor, comprehensive renovation of common areas, and modernization of the electrical system and plumbing.
The final approval of the Urban Planning Agreement between the Antigua City Council and the owners of the La Luna Apartments complex has been published and can be consulted in the BOP Las Palmas Núm.7 dated 15 January 2024.
