On Thursday, a minor was rescued from the pool of a tourist complex in Arona (Tenerife) showing signs of moderate drowning, as reported by the Emergency and Security Coordinating Center (Cecoes) 1-1-2 of the Government of the Canary Islands.
The incident occurred at 6:50 p.m. when the 1-1-2 operational room received a call requesting medical assistance for a girl who had fallen into a swimming pool at a tourist complex and exhibited signs of drowning.
Upon arrival, medical personnel continued cardiopulmonary resuscitation efforts. After successfully stabilizing her condition, the SUC medical ambulance team transferred her to Hospiten Sur.
The Local Police took charge of the subsequent proceedings.
