Car crashes into a terrace and a shop in Corralejo, Fuerteventura

A car crashed into a terrace from a bar and a shop on Avenida Nuestra Senora del Carmen this Thursday, August 31, 2023.

It seems that the car in question was a rental car and all people injured have been transferred to the hospital according to reports from the Local Police.

Several ambulances, Local Police and Guardia Civil have arrived at the scene of the accident.

The cause of the accident is still unknown.

According to a report from the Local Police of La Oliva, there are 7 people injured, 4 of them in serious condition and one in critical condition, while two emergency helicopters are working on transfers to the hospital in Gran Canaria.
