Photo competition: Memories of La Tinosa 2017

Tias Council has announced a photo competition in order to celebrate the 50th anniversary of Puerto del Carmen.

Conditions to participate in the competition:

Submit your photo between 6th November - 10th December 2017

All photos submitted must date before 1986

Photos can illustrate one of the following places:

• Tinosa village, Plaza de Varadero, Muelle
• Avenida de las Playas
• The evolution of the landscape in Puerto del Carmen
• Photos depicting people involved in fishing activities in La Tinosa
• Panoramic photos of Puerto del Carmen
• Historic photos depicting first attempts at diving in Puerto del Camen
• Traditional events in Puerto del Carmen

There will be 2 winners + another one selected based on the number of public votes received.

Prizes:

• 1st prize: 7 day package for 2 people, Half board, in a touristic complex in Puerto del Carmen
• 2nd prize: weekend in Puerto del Carmen, for 2 people, with bed and breakfast
• Public vote prize: weekend in Puerto del Carmen, for 2 people, with bed and breakfast
