Bakour Lanzarote Splash Hotel Completes €8 Million Renovation

The Tías City Council congratulates the property, management team and workers of the Bakour Lanzarote Splash hotel, former Puerto Carmen Apartments, located on Juan Carlos I street, for the recent comprehensive renovation after an investment of about 8 million euros.

The mayor of Tías, José Juan Cruz, expresses satisfaction in the municipality for the effort made “to improve the quality of the facilities, distinguish itself and overcome the competitiveness that exists in other destinations, which contributes quality and excellence to Puerto del Carmen”.

Hotel remodeling means improved user satisfaction, better image, greater operational efficiency, improved energy performance, increased valuation, better income and occupancy and less competition.
